Faculty Resources for Constructing Evaluation Files

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ faculty will complete annual or periodic evaluation review files based on faculty appointment and year of service. Refer to the Personnel Actions Calendar for specific dates and times. Evaluation files are to be constructed in alignment with the Faculty Evaluation Policy (2023), , and School and Program standards. Summary guides are provided below to help assist with the evaluation file construction process.

Faculty Plan

Tenure-track faculty are required to submit a Faculty Plan. The Faculty Plan is designed to be a brief (approximately 3 pages) individualized plan assisting faculty in meeting tenure and promotion standards.  For faculty starting in the fall semester, the Faculty Plan is drafted in the spring semester and reviewed with the Program Review Committee (PRC) and Dean.  The plan is finalized in the fall semester of the second year.
