to Ultra. This informal, drop-in, FAQ-style session provides an opportunity to get
individualized assistance, ask questions, troubleshoot course setup issues, and learn
practical tips for creating an effective and accessible Ultra course experience. Whether
you are just getting started with Ultra, finalizing your course materials, or looking
for guidance on specific features and workflows, instructional support staff will
be available throughout the three-hour session to help you successfully prepare your
