Q: What is my mailing address?

Below is a sample of how to format your address on packages and mail.

Q: How will I be notified that I have received a letter/package?

A: When a package arrives, it is scanned and a confirmation email is sent to the student’s ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ email address which includes the zone that the package is in. Both package and letter mail is picked up at the window. Packages may also be assigned to a locker for pickup at your convenience. If your package is assigned to a locker, your confirmation email will include a QR code to be used at the kiosk self-checkout screen.

Q: What do I need to bring when picking up a letter/package?

A: Please bring your student ID or another photo ID when attempting to retrieve packages from the mailroom along with the zone location from the confirmation email.

Q: Does the mailroom sell stamps?
 

A: No, unfortunately we do not.  However, the bookstore on the Galloway campus does sell stamps.

Q: Does the mailroom sell shipping supplies?

A: No, unfortunately we do not.  The bookstore on the Galloway campus sells these supplies.

Q: Can a student send out packages from the mailroom?
 

A: Students can send out anything that has a prepaid label on it.  We can take USPS, UPS, FED-EX and DHL (prepaid).

We cannot take any package over 13 ounces with stamps on it by law.

Q: Are there restrictions on package size delivered to the AC Campus?
 A: All packages sent to the AC Campus should have no dimension (height, width or length) greater than 18 inches and should weight 40lbs or less.
Q: What time does USPS/Fedex/UPS deliver packages to the University?

A: USPS/Fedex/UPS do not have a set time for deliveries.  They come various times throughout the day.
