Award-Winning ‘Out There’ Initiative Celebrates Student Changemakers at Headingley Stadium
On Friday, 23rd January 2026, the AMT Headingley Stadium was transformed into a hub of inspiration as hundreds of young people from across the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ family of schools gathered for the inaugural ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ â€˜Out There’ Awards. Hosted by broadcaster Tanya Arnold, the event celebrated the success of a massive student-led movement that saw over 100 community action projects delivered last summer.
The High Potential Leadership Programme: Being a leader
As part of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Institute of Education’s High Potential Leadership Programme, participants have now completed their first core unit, ‘Being a Leader’. This unit is designed to establish a shared language and understanding of leadership that will underpin learning, coaching and development across the full 18-month programme.
