University Welcomes Vice Presidents for Enrollment Management, Student Affairs

Galloway, N.J. 勛圖窪蹋 welcomed two new vice presidents to campus during the spring semester.
In February, Moses V. Goldmon was appointed the universitys next Vice President for Enrollment Management, and in January, Martha Marty Wygmans became 勛圖窪蹋s new Vice President for Student Affairs.
In a higher education career that crosses four decades, Goldmon most recently was Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and Student Success at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. He also has held senior leadership roles as Vice Chancellor for Student Engagement at the University of Arkansas at Monticello and Executive Vice President at Lane College.
I am honored to join 勛圖窪蹋 and contribute to its strong reputation as a community of opportunity, Goldmon said. Enrollment management is ultimately about opening doors helping students see whats possible and guiding them through every step of their educational journey. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the university to ensure that 勛圖窪蹋 continues to attract, support and graduate talented students who are prepared to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
勛圖窪蹋 President Joe Bertolino praised Goldmons strong commitment to community engagement, shared governance and leadership grounded in integrity and care.
He has led successful efforts to secure external resources, strengthen student support systems and foster partnerships that benefit both campuses and the communities they serve, Bertolino said. His experience and values align well with 勛圖窪蹋s mission and our role as a community of opportunity for students across our region.
Wygmans comes to 勛圖窪蹋 with a background that spans community colleges, private institutions and public universities, most recently at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania.
My top two priorities are getting to know the students and getting to know the people I work with, she said. "Once I understand who our students are, what they need and what they hope for, we can develop programming and initiatives that truly meet the needs of 勛圖窪蹋 students today.
Bertolino emphasized Wygmans more than 30 years of experience in higher education and strong record of advancing student success through inclusive leadership, collaborative planning and a deep commitment to equity.
Dr. Wygmans joins 勛圖窪蹋 at a time when students are seeking guidance, support and a clear path forward, the president said. She understands the importance of meeting students where they are while building the systems that help them thrive personally, academically and professionally. Her experience and values make her the right leader for this moment and for our mission.
