Email and Collaboration

勛圖窪蹋 email is an official communication channel for students, faculty, and staff. This page explains how to access student Gmail and employee Outlook email, including recommended mobile applications.

Students: Google Workspace

Active 勛圖窪蹋 students receive a Google Workspace account that includes Gmail and other Google services. Your student email address uses the format username@go.stockton.edu.

Student Gmail

  • Email address format: username@go.stockton.edu
  • Access email through Gmail in a web browser.
  • Use the Gmail mobile app on iPhone, iPad, or Android devices.

Sign-in requirements

  • Active 勛圖窪蹋 student account.
  • Your full @go.stockton.edu email address.
  • Your GoPortal username and password.
  • Duo authentication, when prompted.

Access Student Gmail in a Web Browser

  1. Go to .
  2. Enter your full 勛圖窪蹋 student email address: username@go.stockton.edu.
  3. If you are already signed in to another Google account, select your profile icon and choose Add another account.
  4. When redirected to 勛圖窪蹋's sign-in page, enter your GoPortal credentials.
  5. Complete Duo authentication if prompted.

Access Student Gmail on a Mobile Device

Use the Gmail app to access your student email on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

iPhone and iPad
  1. Download the .
  2. Open Gmail and select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Add another account. If this is your first account, follow the prompt to add an account.
  4. Select Google as the account type.
  5. Enter your full username@go.stockton.edu email address.
  6. Sign in using your GoPortal credentials and complete Duo authentication if prompted.
Android
  1. Download the , if it is not already installed.
  2. Open Gmail and select the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Add another account.
  4. Select Google as the account type.
  5. Enter your full username@go.stockton.edu email address.
  6. Sign in using your GoPortal credentials and complete Duo authentication if prompted.

Faculty and Staff: Microsoft Outlook

Active faculty and staff receive a 勛圖窪蹋 Microsoft 365 account with Outlook email. Your primary email address typically uses the format firstname.lastname@stockton.edu.

Access Outlook on the Web

  1. Go to .
  2. Enter your full 勛圖窪蹋 email address, such as firstname.lastname@stockton.edu.
  3. Sign in with your GoPortal credentials.
  4. Complete Duo authentication when prompted.

Get the Outlook Mobile App

Microsoft Outlook is the recommended mobile app for accessing 勛圖窪蹋 email, calendar, contacts, and OneDrive files from a single application.
